Anzac Biscuit Bliss Balls

I found this awesome recipe for Anzac Biscuit Bliss Balls over at www.cookingforbusymums.com and adapted it to what I had in the pantry today. It was a big hit in our household! Ingredients: 2 cups pitted dates, chopped 1/2 cup rolled oatsn1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 tbsp peanut buttern3 tbsp honeynExtra desiccated coconut for rolling the balls. Method: Put all of the ingredients into a food processor andnblend for 30 seconds or until combined. Spoon tbsp amounts into your hand and roll into balls, nthen roll in the coconut. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set. Enjoy! P.S. I ended up with 10 balls… The mixture actuallynmade more but between my toddler and my husband helping out with somen”taste testing,” it didn’t last long!
