Do I have to count calories?

There are so many different methods to help people lose weight.

Counting calories.

Counting macros.

Fasting.

Cutting out food certain food groups, like carbs or dairy.

Many of these methods require lots of time to track and calculate totals…. Time that many of us just don’t have, meaning that any attempt at sustaining these methods long term fails miserably.

Then we’re back to where we started from.
