It’s so nice to have your body back after having a baby. Being able to move freely again, carrying less weight around and being able to lie on your tummy again are just a few perks – so good! It can be quite easy to feel like you can get straight back into your old exercise routine straight away, but there’s a few important steps to take before jumping in. Recovering from pregnancy and birth can take some time, and you don’t want to go too fast, too soon and risk injury. You’ve already got enough on your plate with a newborn and a new life.
