I’ve just started working out and I’m so sore – please help!

So often when we first start working out, in the day or two after exercise, we wonder why we thought it would be a good idea in the first place!

We can feel sore – really sore – and everyday things like getting out of bed or sitting on the toilet can be a challenge.

Well, I’m here to reassure you that the soreness is normal!

In this week’s video, I explain a couple of things:

1. Why the soreness happens.

2. What we can do to help it!

I’m also here to reassure you that the soreness will ease over time. You won’t feel like you’ve been hit by a truck as your body adapts to the exercise… So keep on moving 🙂
