I’ve long spoken of my love for the slow cooker and today I thought I’d give you a quick and easy recipe that you can whip up in minutes using this beloved kitchen device.nBest of all, you will have a healthy and delicious protein source available for your lunches or dinners for days! Mexican Shredded Beef Ingredients: 1kg beef chuck steakn1 teaspoon minced garlic or chopped garlic clovesn1 teaspoon of coriandern1 teaspoon of chilli flakes or chilli powdern1 teaspoon of cuminn1 teaspoon of saltn1 teaspoon of peppern1/2 cup of water Method: Combine coriander, chilli flakes, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl.nUsing a spoon, spread the herb mixture out over both sides of the meat. Place the meat in the slow cooker and add the water. Turn the slow cooked onto a low setting and leave it for 8 hours. After 8 hours, take a fork in each hand and shred the beef. Voila! No need to spend time standing in front of a hot stove when you can set and forget using your slow cooker.
