For just $9 per week, you will have access to:
- a once off 45 minute 1 on 1 with Luke (energy medicine, training, breathwork, mentoring, jiu jitsu – or a discussion of your choosing) – valued at $157
- a once off initial 1 hour astrological birth chart reading to help you better understand and appreciate yourself – valued at $80
- monthly New Moon journal prompts to help you intentionally manifest your goals
- monthly Full Moon ceremonies, including shamanic practices to clear and heal your body, mind and spirit
- weekly health and fitness tips, videos and exercises for optimal health via our personalised app, PT Mate
- private WhatsApp group to provide support and accountability

Who is this program for?
Anyone wanting to improve and get the most from their life in a holistic way – body, mind and spirit!
How long does the program last?
The program will run continuously year around, until further notice.
Is there exercise involved and if yes, will I need equipment/gym membership?
As exercise is a key component of health, we will definitely include some movements, workout ideas and stretches as part of the program. These will be doable from home, and should you want extra support or resources, we can provide that in a personalised way.
What happens if I can’t make the Zoom calls live?
No problem! We will email you the recording within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel any time. All we ask that is you invest the difference in whatever service you have engaged in within the program. For example, an astrology reading is $80 – if you have only paid $40 in membership fees, we will invoice you for $40 to make up the difference.
